Effective date and last updated: October 12, 2026
Matrix Mind AI
We take the protection and responsible use of personal information seriously. This policy describes the information collected, used, and protected by the Decode X development team and its affiliates and subsidiaries (together, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you use our mobile applications available through Google Play, including Decode X.
1. Information we collect
Device and connection details
To improve your experience, we collect information about your device and network connection. The details depend on your interactions, privacy choices, and the features you use. They may include your country, package name, first-open timestamp, brand, Wi-Fi or mobile-network status, operating-system version, SDK/API/JavaScript code version, screen height and width, SIM operator and country, Firebase device ID, device model, app version, and system language.
We store collected information in association with the Android ID of your device so that advertising behavior can be retained while you use the app. We treat this information as personal information.
Android advertising identifier
Your Android advertising identifier is used only for advertising and analytics, including personalized advertisements. This identifier does not itself contain sensitive information identifying you or your device. It is not linked to personally identifiable information or persistent device identifiers such as SSAID, MAC address, or IMEI.
Information accessed by monetization and analytics providers
Integrated third-party SDKs may access your Google Advertising ID, demographic information inferred from an IP address, information used to detect advertising click fraud, device type and technical details, country, and information for advertising, marketing, and analysis. Advertisers may also read or store cookies.
These SDK providers control their own collection practices under their respective policies. Partners include Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, MoPub, Smaato, PubNative, ironSource, ChartBoost, and Pixalate. Analytics may involve Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and our own data statistics system, ECS. Links to partner policies appear below.
Service usage
We collect click counts, landing pages, pages visited and their sequence, time spent on pages, request dates and times, app-open counts, viewed pages, permission status, whether features such as scanning work correctly, and the number of apps installed by users.
This usage information is passed only to the statistical platforms Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and ECS. It is used to improve the product experience and advertising performance, is not sold to third parties, and is not used for other purposes.
Information you choose to provide
You may voluntarily provide information such as your email address, feedback, or questionnaire responses. We also collect user-generated content when you have accepted the terms applicable to that content.
Users in designated countries
For the information described above, processing of personal information belonging to users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (the “Designated Countries”) is based on our contract with you under the GDPR or equivalent data protection laws.
2. How we use information
Improving and operating our services
We have a legitimate interest in processing necessary information to develop and update our services, improve and personalize your experience, manage our relationship with you, answer questions and provide support, present offers in our services and on other websites, and send updates, security alerts, and support messages.
We also process information needed to let you access the apps, operate the services, and deliver the products or services you request.
Advertising and marketing
Personalized advertising and marketing may use advertising identifiers, age, country, region, gender, language, games played, and interactions with our services or other users. We may engage third-party advertising and marketing partners and share collected information with them for these purposes.
Our legitimate interests include understanding the content you access and your online behavior, delivering and targeting advertising, improving marketing materials, and passing relevant information to advertising and marketing partners.
By accepting this policy and downloading or continuing to use the services, you consent to this collection and use by us and our partners for personalized advertising, marketing, and experience improvements, unless you opt out of that service. Review the partners’ privacy policies to understand their practices. We are not responsible for third-party privacy policies, whether you reach them through our services or elsewhere.
Protecting the services
We apply appropriate technical and security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, and misuse, and require suppliers processing personal information for us to apply appropriate safeguards. Our legitimate interests include monitoring service use, preventing cheating, crime, and fraud, and acting against fraudulent or otherwise improper conduct.
No security measure can guarantee complete protection of personal information or communications. Information you disclose to other users, including identifying or sensitive details, may be collected and used by them. Take care with online disclosures; questions, answers, comments, and submissions posted in a forum are public.
Designated Countries
For the purposes described in this section, we process the personal information of users in the Designated Countries on the basis of our contract with you under the GDPR or equivalent data protection laws.
3. Information sharing
We may share personal information with third-party business partners, including advertisers, publishers, and data tracking companies. They may use it to display advertisements, measure interactions with advertisements or websites, understand app and website traffic or user behavior, and improve their services. Their handling of shared information is subject to their own privacy policies.
4. Permissions
Depending on the features you use, Decode X may request the permissions below. You may decline or revoke permissions at any time, although doing so may prevent affected features from working properly.
- Location: precise location using GPS and networks.
- Phone and device ID/call information: access to phone status and identity.
- Photos, media, files, and storage: reading, modifying, or deleting USB storage contents.
- Camera: taking photographs and recording video.
- Wi-Fi: viewing Wi-Fi connection information.
- Other: receiving internet data, viewing network connections, controlling the flashlight, full network access, and preventing the device from sleeping.
5. Legal grounds for processing
Our processing relies on performance of our contract with you, including providing requested services and identifying or authenticating you; compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting requirements and mandatory law-enforcement disclosures; legitimate interests, including relationship management, service security, and product communications; and your consent, for example for certain cookies and sharing information for advertising.
Some personal information may be necessary for us to provide all services and for you to use all app features.
6. Your rights
Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland have the rights described below under applicable law. Contact funtech8888@gmail.com to make a request and be prepared to verify your identity. Rights may be limited where law permits or requires denial of access, where access would harm another person’s privacy, to protect our rights and property, or where a request is frivolous or burdensome.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time when consent is the basis for processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing by us or third parties before that withdrawal.
Access and correction
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold. We will provide it without undue delay and without charge unless a fee is legally permitted. Access may be limited to protect others’ rights and freedoms. You may also ask us to correct or update information unless you can already do so through the services.
Erasure
You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed for its original purposes, that was processed with consent you later withdrew, or that is subject to an objection where we have no overriding legitimate grounds to continue processing.
Restriction
You may request restricted processing while we verify disputed accuracy; where processing is unlawful and you prefer restriction to deletion; where we no longer need the information but you need it for legal claims; or while we assess whether our legitimate grounds override your objection. Restriction during an accuracy check may interrupt some or all services.
Restricted information will be processed only with your consent, for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, to protect another person’s rights, or for important public-interest reasons. We will tell you if or when a restriction is lifted.
Objection
As permitted by applicable law, you may object at any time to processing based on consent, contract, or legitimate interests. Processing may continue where needed to defend legal claims or where another lawful exception applies.
Portability
Where processing is based on consent or a contract, or is carried out by automated means, you may request your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and request direct transfer to another controller where technically feasible. This right must not adversely affect others’ rights and freedoms.
Notifying recipients
We will notify third parties with whom we shared your information of requests for correction, deletion, or restriction, unless doing so is impossible or requires disproportionate effort. We will identify those recipients if you ask.
Automated decisions
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, except where applicable law permits an exception.
Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have been infringed, contact us so we can address your concerns. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, workplace, or the alleged infringement.
